The HealthMeasures team is in Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine
We are a team of psychometricians, measurement scientists, qualitative methodologists, health informaticians, and user support professionals. We provide day-to-day support for the dissemination and implementation of HealthMeasures.

Originally funded by the NIH, HealthMeasures now runs on a cost-recovery model with no profit motive
As part of a federally funded university, our rates recover only the cost of providing HealthMeasures. Fees apply equally to all users regardless of funding source and are reviewed and approved by the University annually.

HealthMeasures Collaborates with the PHO
The PHO and HealthMeasures team at Northwestern University work collaboratively. In fact, many HealthMeasures scientists are members of the PHO. Together, both groups aim to advance the science of health outcomes by promoting the widespread use of PROMIS in research and clinical practice.
